This ACLS Provider course is designed for healthcare professionals whose occupation requires proficiency in ACLS skills. This course is appropriate for healthcare providers who have some knowledge of cardiac rhythms and medications but have not been ACLS providers in the past, or whose provider status has lapsed. It is also appropriate for ACLS providers who desire a more in-depth course. Current CPR skills are required. An ACLS Provider card will be issued after successful completion of the stations in this course. The course will consist of a series of teaching / evaluation stations including airway management, arrhythmia management, pharmacology, cardioversion / defibrillation, and a written evaluation.
